Dev news : ToonAccurate random mobs tests (Patreon)

I want to bring lots of Optifine's features to ToonAccurate, like CTM or random mobs. I added some random colors to creepers for now, I'll probably add more color variations as well as some unique features.

In the meantime here's a small video showcasing those different creeper tones.
