To answer your question, the lines get blurred too damn much and honestly it always made me kind of anxious not knowing what the boundaries were. And it sorta also gave me the same sense that I get from when I think I’m about to be the butt of a joke. I didn’t like it, the times I tried confirming what our relationship status was, it would always end in us going our separate ways. So I just sorta gave up on it all.

I think it’s exciting for when a friend finds someone special. The newer a relationship is the more fragile it is, so it’s good to be excited and happy for them, but know that the relationship is new and anything could happen. As the the relationship progresses and becomes more strong, then a sense of stability around the relationship can be felt

When my friends are in a new relationship, I am happy for them! But also really skeptical, I tend not to take them seriously until I feel they’ll stick around lol
