Remember when I asked you for name suggestions for a new energy drink a while back? I never told you which one I picked... it's ReckoZ! It was supposed to be "Zocker" spelled backwards but guess what, I switched the c and k (by accident).

I liked all your suggestions and thank you so much for them! ❤️ I wanted to make sure none of them were trademarked but some suggestions came close. Some suggested animal logos and I tried but I miserably failed at creating a logo... :') I am not a designer. So this is the best I could come up with and I like it in it's simplicity! And I will definitely use your other suggestions for Reckoz flavors!

Uh-oh. Work gossip. Did you ever find yourself in a situation where you were hanging out with people you think are chill and suddenly the conversations shifts a little bit and makes you uncomfortable? No open hostility or anything but suddenly you're very alert...? :(

Definitely not the most comfortable situation,especially since it was only sparked after he mentioned his bf. Would kinda make u wonder what they say if one of the people they're talking about mentions their respective partners.

"Nah, I don't like this but my male friend does". That's just not a thing in English, so would it really be misunderstood in German? Surely, if you meant a non-specific friend of yours, you'd just say, "I'm getting these for a friend of mine"?

"I just think it's something the parents should know." If you don't demand the marital status and sexuality of people you think are straight, then you're a damn hypocrite if you then adopt the "won't someone think of the children" line, however soft and indirect you are.

It actually does cause a lot of misunderstandings in German, yes. Since "Freund" means boyfriend as well as friend (masculine form of the word) people get it wrong all the time - especially cis het people tend to hear "friend" whenever a queer person mentions their same sex partner.

Oh, right! That makes way more sense now. I'd forgotten that in many languages, nouns are inherently gendered.

Not all of us know our orientation, since the Media drawed to maby and to hard lines... and did inprinted on many. I really do love your Story and Art!
