The bad part about this slow cook change taking several weeks in real life is that with every new bit my anxiety rises and my memory for pain worsens and with every new bit everything inside me screams at the screen “no please, not this again, please, don’t let this happen” I think I need to talk to my therapist about my relationship trauma and about how those silent signs that I could read before they had words hurt me every time even if it’s not in my own relationship….
