CHAPTER 1B NEWSLETTER #2 (Patreon)

Hey everyone! We'd like to make these newsletters a monthly thing just so y'all can stay in the loop in terms of progress and seeing that we're still hard at work! First thing-

FIRST DRAFT SCRIPT FOR JERRY 1B IS FINISHED!

This script is way more hefty than chapter 1A! Though both parts fall under the first "chapter", future scripts of this length will be their own separate chapters. We have a lot in store for this part of the story, including a scene that will be more "code-heavy" than the others...

Parker 1B is coming along

Script writing on Parker's chapter has also begun. Once one side of the story is written, usually the other side comes along relatively quick. They both follow the same timeline after all!

Coding

As mentioned before, certain scenes are going to be a bit more ambitious than others, meaning they'll take extra time to figure out. This is our first time programming a game so please bare with us! Luckily the hardest parts to code have already been tested to our liking, so all we need to do is plug in the art assets once they're done. We hope to give the game as much polish as we can!

Demo

Once a rough draft of Jerry's 1B is finished, we'll make it available exclusively to Patreons. Coding on this demo has already begun. The next release after that will be a full chapter 1B of both routes to Patreons, before releasing it to the public.

Release date?

So far, we do not have an ETA on when we'll have the demo or the entire chapter out. Though the hardest part is almost over (writing), we still have to create CGs, record voice lines, and code in some other surprises. Once a release date is more in view, we will announce it on our page!
