Honestly, I don't really understand it.

Boom Boom the Bad

Prediction: This is the same kind of energy being we saw when Edrice was hit on the head by Fallice. The apple is a person and it's consuming their life force for energy. I'm guessing this is the motivation for the vore, but it's hard to say. It's an interesting idea that the energy in the mosquitoes is some sort of sentient (maybe even sapient) being and that's why the giantesses need to be of a certain temperament to be "infected." Like they have to be suggestible or something.

I've always wondered if those green figures might have something to do with the third condition that Dabija talked about, perhaps they mean malicious or destructive justice according to those who have been bitten by mosquitoes. When you think about it, I wonder if the old man and Marco from episode 4 might come up with some theory about what they're researching?

This makes some sense. Basically the mosquito is dominating their personality. And Sumner is what happens when the GTS dominates the mosquito

Honestly, I didn't even think of an explanation for Sunmer's behavior, but I love this idea. I was thinking about why she was different, but I came up empty.

No wonder why, there's not enough data so that's what I'm actually expecting from the whole audience atm.

You saw one of them already, that's why I'll never introduce her, she's a hidden character to find in the series and this would be too big spoiler if I even told you which one of them I'm speaking about. Maybe I already spoiled fun just telling you that she's somewhere in the series and you can find her, I left some hints in the past but I know it's still not that obvious and easy. If I accidentaly helped you find her now, please write message to me, don't talk about it here, it's one of my favourite hide and seek games of this series.
