Life's tough when you're so smart, isn't it? I was going to explain all of this in the next Fallice comic, to explain whether and how shrinking other people works. But getting back to your question, yes, Fallice can now go back down to Earth, throw her clothes in the washing machine, and forget that she accidentally wiped out most of the world's population, go outside and realize she's alone, but she's a dumb blonde, so she'll never figure out why.
