Currency Changes (Patreon)

Oi folks,

Patreon finally gave creators that launched their page before this year the ability to change their currency. As I am not an US citizien I did so, since the hassle with exchange fees and currency fluctuations was a bit annoying to deal with.

This change also enabled tiers being shown in either EUR, GBP or USD depending on your country. That means "round" numbers for all tiers as well as saving you the conversion between USD and your currency (given that it is supported by patreon).

Thats pretty much everything and thanks y'all for dat awesome support!
