Nostalgia v3.0 Preview E1 (Patreon)

Oi folks,

time for the next rewrite to slowly get going, in this case Nostalgia Shader (which seems to get oddly popular recently). Since this is the first preview I decided to make it available for all patrons. The next few ones will fall back into a similar preview pattern like Kappa Shader, which is getting very close to public previews now and has already reached "feature complete" state.

Also please note that this preview is *very early* so some essential things are currently mssing (like water).
