I watched off of TNA+ & it had the fade to black mid match too which is odd. Glad it was at least on both videos so it stayed in sync for me I'd have to do some research to find TNA matches as suggestions, it's been a while & I have only seen 2005-2014 TNA once when it originally aired. I haven't gotten to go over the archives yet from TNA+. Not a match but a standout suggestion is Scott Steiner's "Steiner math" promo on the May 1st 2008 Impact episode building up to his triple threat match against Kurt Angle & Samoa Joe at Sacrifice 2008 TNA making you think of Tits & Ass is exactly the point of the name. Vince Russo was brought on for creative at the founding of the company & he pitched & heavily pushed for the name TNA as it made him laugh to "sneak T & A by the network censors. as part of his immature mindset. In the very early TNA days Russo lead a faction called Sports Entertainment Xtreme or SEX for short. TNA started off with a traditional 4 sided ring. They switched to a 6 sided ring in 2004 I think, maybe late 2003. They went back to a 4 sided ring in 2010 when Eric Bischoff & Hulk Hogan joined TNA. Bischoff absolutely hated the 6 sided ring & pushed heavily to drop it much to fans chagrin. They pulled out the 6 sided ring a few times for nostalgia & also for the brief 2-3 month period when they merged with Global Force Wrestling in 2017. Since then they have been exclusively back to a 4 sided ring. The debate between a 4 sided & 6 sided ring varied among talent. You have to work differently in a 6 sided ring because there are more corners, the corner angles are wider so you have to adjust your stance when standing on the top turnbuckle. because the ropes are shorter the pull is tighter so when hitting the ropes it's a lot harder & from what I've heard feels like running into metal poles. The benefit is since the ropes are tighter it has far more spring so leaping springboard moves of the ropes are easier with you being able to get more height & distance with less effort I started watching TNA in 2005 when they got on Spike TV & was instantly a fan. From that point on I watched every episode of Impact & every TNA PPV till around June 2014 when I cut the cord on cable & lost access to view it. I completely missed the Impact Wrestling era & decided to comeback when they announced renaming the company back to TNA & learning they had a streaming site with their archive. I signed up to TNA+ for a 1 year membership in 2024 & renewed my TNA fandom, although in the last almost 3 years it has been a rollercoaster of ups & downs with firing Scott D'Amore right after the re-rebranding, the WWE partnership which was surreal having lived through them being competition & more recently losing a bunch of talent because of lowball pay. AJ's corkscrew splash is called Spiral Tap. I first saw AJ Styles in the final days of WCW & was huge fan of his from the start. Since they never lost them by the closing of WCW, technically him & his former partner Air Paris are still the WCW Crusierweight tag team champions. Those belts were never used on WWE TV after buying WCW & I read once years ago that AJ said he still had his belt. I don't know if that is true or not.

That’s amazing info Tom, and I’m glad the video was the same for you, too. Definitely planning to work more TNA into the schedule for the future!

One of the reasons I subbed to TNA+ was looking back & realizing that TNA had over a 20 year history now & not only did many huge names come through TNA over the years but how many young talent became big stars after starting in TNA & despite all the mistakes they've made over the years deserves respect just from that. Hard to belive they were once the new upstart company & now Impact is the 3rd longest running wrestling show after Raw & Smackdown
