We had an idea for a video: "Recapping the Artistry of Drake vs Kendrick".  Let us know if that's something you'd be interested in.

We feel like although we had an appreciation for the music, in some ways the "beef" and allegations overshadowed some of the more artistic aspects of the angles and music (not even saying that was necessarily wrong. It was a beef, and the allegations were serious), but we thought we'd revisit, with the artistry as the priority.

Really appreciate the consistency with the uploads. Been a fan since the Bobby Tarantino 2 reaction+

That’s a great idea…although I think Dot took it but have to appreciate both sides for art alone despite the allegations

An in depth look at what separates Drake and kdot as artists would be dope. Every other reactor is simply saying “kdot won no discussion” but I think kdot was intentionally making it clear in each diss track that his artistry is miles ahead of Drake. So he wasn’t just dissing Drake through lyrics but as as an multifaceted artist that Drake couldn’t respond to

Nasty C - Ivyson tour mixtape and “I love it here” album

re-cap will get you a lot of youtube views at this point...

Artistry convo is greatly appreciated. Please share your creative criteria for the foundation of your perspectives. I need this b/c I am biased just putting it out there. One

I think it would be a good discussion and maybe even a discussion about the future of hip hop beef going forward. Is this now the formula and if so is it even worth it?

PraetorRogue

Always appreciate a good breakdown of the artistry. Honestly, I'd love to see you do this with some of the other big artists too. My personal favourites would be Eminem, Ransom, and Method Man, just for the lyricism and cadence/flows

Expectaytions

Please talk about it y'all, you got some good brains in those heads, hearing y'all speak creates productive conversation. There was a lot that happened and a lot of emotions like a rollercoaster. If you can, talk about that new stuff about Schoolboy Q at Dreamfest possibly tipping off Cole for the carnage that ensued 💀

ATP

Track for track would be dope. Appreciate you guys foreal I know it has to be time consuming. 💯

I think there's definitely two different aspects to the beef. The artistry: Kendrick clearly has the better pen. When it comes to lyrics and cadences, Drake isn't touching that. Euphoria and Not Like Us are two top tier tracks, if we are just talking sonically I believe Kendrick wins. The allegations: Now it gets messy. If Kendrick's allegations are true, the he won the beef outright. But if he's making false allegations? And if Drake's allegations turn out to be true? Does Kendrick win if he has better music, even if it's full of lies and he's hitting women? What if they're both lying... The nature of the allegations involved makes it difficult to even discuss. But maybe that's the point. In any case, I doubt we ever find out. So if the beef is over, what could have been a good exhibition in the game has a really sour aftertaste. It's left me feeling like Kendrick is the better artist, with the caveat that unanswered questions will linger whenever listening to Drake and Kendrick

Definitely do this! So much more to dive into. To be honest, would appreciate an in-depth on all the Kendrick beef tracks - looking at the links between them and stuff we still haven’t caught!

Tyson Toelkes

Crazy! That’s the first Vibevilla video I saw too and been watching on YT ever since. Slept on the Patreon forever but finally pulled the trigger 😎 their genuine reaction to some of the old logic tapes was so fun

Tyson Toelkes

This is the biggest beef we will probably ever see in our lives.. gotta do an in depth recap

zeph

You guys catch so many bars on 1st listen that a deep dive would be a lot of fun. I think most of your viewers appreciate that all the "stankface" is mostly triggered by the fact you guys are catching what's going on, so I'm all for an analysis of this round of diss records.

Cob

Still def wanna see this, and judging from the poll everyone else does. Still planning on doing it? Aside from the Twitter riddler it seems like the beef is done

Mark Tavarez

Is this still happening?!?! I been excited for this

Parker

we need that artistic breakdown! :)

Nick Rosman

I'd love a post beef revisit. esp with that concert. It's what hooked me back into hip hop and I love yall's breakdowns. great energy and thoughtful breakdowns. keep it up
