I feel when you said you were surprised at the subject matter on “Knew Better”, I mean the album is God Does Like Ugly. And JID always sprinkles in spiritual/religious bars so I think he expects his features to do a lil of the same. Been fucking with you guys since 2018/19 just for your JID reactions! This is gonna be controversial but my issue with JID is that his music doesn't stick to me. I listen to it, am blown away by his ability, and then never comeback to it. I'm hoping this new album is something I can really dive into.
