I heard it cost Drake $1.5m to do the ice sculpture release date thing and $15m to light up the cn tower on the release night. I can’t imagine how much he spent in total on the three projects, the videos, and other rollout stuff. Apparently he paid for everything himself so umg had no involvement.

With rap beef, the ultimate goal is to win the battle. Maybe traditionally it was to prove who had the better bars, who was the better rapper, who is more respected, etc...but nowadays, reputations and careers are at risk! Appreciate you tapping in!

Theres morr to that bar but i’ll let yall have the fun of dissecting it. Super slick word play that requires the stars aligning to even make the bar. The spicy hot sizzlin is a call back to post beef where he dropped a snippet of the song ‘spicy hot’. The fisherman could be related to who he talks about on spicy hot. Just my own speculation.

For Shabang, the thing that blew up is the globe, but if you put the UMG logo side by side, the globe is positioned to the same orientation! So the visualizer was Drake blowing up his label. I thought it was just a random/cool visualizer without any meaning but it's Drake from the car watching UMG blow up.
