I had to replay the blended lullabies at the beginning of the episode a few times. I was certain that it was identical to the one for nightmare on elm street. Not far off and they definitely have the fear tone with it. Just building anticipation. I predict that we will/she will see dead people in this show. Possibly the wife from across the street and not just her daughter.
