Lady Dimitrescu WIP (Patreon)

For Lady Dimitrescu I feel like a continuation of her previous rewards, with her now even more fat would work well for her this month.

As of right now I want to emphasize both her height and immense obesity, including her Daughters scaling her to give her food. I'm still playing around with her body shape and the overall composition but I think it is headed in the right direction. One thing to consider is if her belly should have a double roll or just one full round butterball belly.

My plan is to have Lady Dimitrescu's rewards and alts all done by Wednesday the 28th. And before that I plan to have the second batch of Full Combo patron sketches for you this Wednesday the 21st!

This is a work in progress and is subject to potential changes.
