You've faced bandits, an out of control dragon, a giant spider-infested forest, and fiercely savage sea creatures of the sea, the danger getting bigger and bigger every step you take towards getting us home and NOW YOU WANT TO QUIT?!?! Didn't think you were the type of person who just gives up when faced with something bigger than yourself. I have more to say, but I'm getting off topic: Man! What an episode! I knew we were gonna have a special connection to the jewel, like finding out that we actually came from this world or has ties to someone who does, but a whole possible genicide of the people and creatures who live here, all to make it happen with this one jewel?! That's just NUTS!! And NOW we've got the double agent of the Birdfolk as our captor?! We did not sign up for this😭. Great job as always Yuzu and the gang, glad this series is still alive and kicking. I feel like traveller running away (which is totally legit) is going to be one of the things that's going to change our group dynamic in a positive way at one point, once Blasty realizes his words were pretty insensitive (and literally drove us away). wow. i just. have so much to say and I still haven't processed a way to say it all despite listening to the video when it first premiered on here. It's not an understatement to say that the team beautifully excels on every upload on here, but this episode absolutely crushed me/shocked me/and made me feel all the things simultaneously lol. The team never fails to surprise me with immersion; the sound effects??? the voice acting??? the absolute devastation in kiri's voice when he realized the MC was no longer there and the lack of reaction from Bakugo? It's the small details, but damn do they all tie into a perfect bow when it's all done! I am also very crushed by the ending lol, the amount of raw emotions coming from everybody that is no doubt built from the stress of their recent findings and care for each other is just chefs kiss. I expect an apology bakugou !

Ok so a lot of people are talking about the fact that we ran off because it all started to get too much for us, but I have only seen a couple of people talking about the fact that we run off because we think (or know) that Katsuki is right, this is too much to ask for. And we have already felt like a burden like especially after getting kidnapped by the bandits for the first time, but this is the first time that Katsuki literally confirms it by saying that this trip is too much. So we ran away so that we no longer have to burden Katsuki and Eijirou. What I really want to know is what our intentions are with running away rn, or if it’s just a split second decision and we don’t really know either. Because I can genuinely see us running off to go destroy the gem ourselves because we don’t want to put the two off them in danger. Moving on with this I think at this point Katsuki saying what he did was completely unexpected not just for us as viewers but for us in the story as well, because especially after a couple of episodes ago when Katsuki started to call us traveller instead of outsider we believe that Katsuki is at least moderately ok with, we think that he likes us. And then when he says that they’ll destroy the gem and just drop us off with Izuku or something like that, I think this is where we start to truly believe that all Katsuki sees us as is a burden, as even if we have to stay in their world, at this point in time he does not at all see us staying with him and Eijirou. I also believe it is with this realisation that we decide to run. But genuine rant aside I did love this, it was so amazing.

Bakugou calling us a stranger was so, so painful. Throwing everything in our face about how dangerous this has been, have they've done all this for us out of 'charity' hurt. But what hurt the worst is, he's right to a degree. But Traveller finally felt like Bakugou accepted them. Not only were we not Outsider anymore, but he was looking out for us. He was protective, and a bit possessive even with Kaminari. But now, it's just like when Kirishima brought us to camp that first time. And that, regardless of what needs to be done with the gem and what we choose to do about going home, hurts. Saying he'll just drop us off somewhere if we destroy the gem is crushing. At this point, I think that's what the worst of it is. Not the gem and going home, but the things Bakugou shouted and threw in our face. I do feel like we might up taking our anger out on poor Hawks though. We've learned a lot and we are currently having a minute, and that emotion has to go somewhere

I can definitely understand it from Katsuki's point of view. It would be nerve-wracking to know that this entire time the gem the traveler held was far more powerful than they thought. Genuinely, I believe he is scared. I mean who wouldn't be. It was wrong of him to be snappy with the traveler but he did ask to be alone so he could think and clear his head. Maybe after he had taken his walk it would have been a better time for a conversation. I really liked the bone dragon! That was cool. As for the Ebon king I wonder who it is? I'm quite curious 🤔 I also wonder if the traveler will go with Hawks or stay behind with the guys. It could also mean the traveler could very well be kidnapped too. Because Hawks may be working for the Ebon king.

I understand why bakugou freaked out, I understand that shit just got even more dangerous knowing that the gem has a connection to the Ebon king and knowing how much danger it brings. But hearing him go off like that, and hearing him throw out the word “stranger” really made me cry 😭. Maybe we shouldn’t have gone out after him after he said he wanted to be alone, but I felt that we were honestly worried. I definitely felt that the traveler felt like a burden, because to some degree bakugou was telling the truth. But hey! We finally got to meet hawks! I’m very excited to finally get his story in this series, he is the reason why I got into the MHA series, so I’m very excited 🥰🥰 love everything the team is doing, everything, as always, is amazing!!!

If "time" is the issue, then we were sent way WAY back in time to when all these creatures and magic TRUELY existed and governed the world. But then, what happened? Oh, just the trope of modern science coming into existence and pushing out/driving magic and mythical creatures into extiction, and where only 0.01% of individuals in OUR time would still know or have connections to the old world...no big deal😒

It is insane how in-depth, creative, and immersive this series has been. This series is always perfect, every story element, character development, and even what the “listener” does is so perfect. Sometimes when I listen to these types of stories I get annoyed with “us” the traveler but it’s been more realistic and relatable in how “we” respond and go on this adventure . Hawk at the end was a lovely touch, I also feel encouraged that while we did just hit another motion of the story we still have plenty of adventure and no rushing. Truly this is wonderful !! Can’t wait for the next one!!

I’m a traveler defender, everyone get behind me! I totally understand Bakugou’s perspective but it’s also not our fault. To be honest I think I would have done that from the beginning (leave with some money and make the trip alone) I really hate to bother and every time I think about this series my first thought is; "The guilt I would feel for dragging two incredible people on my trip and on top of that having almost died several times, is something that would not let me sleep." And every time they mention that the traveler has to go home my heart sinks, so when bakugo spoke his mind it hit me right on point. Because it's true! Everyone is so angry but what bakugo says is just another truth.

OMFG impeccable sound design and voice acting as always! I was genuinely spooked by the entire bone dragon scene. Literally felt chills. Also, i completely understand bakugo's reaction. But damn, to make all that progress with him just to revert back to being called a 'stranger' again made me tear up a bit. At least we know kiri has our back as always. I'm a sucker for angst and this episode just stings so good. I hope we get a heartfelt apology sooner rather than later though 😢 And ahhh hawks, don't hurt us please 🥺 hopefully he's a friend? Ok do not get me wrong I obviously believe that all three of them are mates, but I feel like Kirishima clicked unconsciously with traveler that they are his mate. I DO think anyone in danger he feels inclined to help and could have just recognized that traveler was someone who needs a bit more protecting. But with just how far he will fight even Bakugo (and just things he says to traveler early as episode 5 as well as get attached a little to quickly to “us”) makes me think there is more to it. I really hope whatever traveler ends up being revealed as includes a lifespan that matches our two fellas. My money is that we are a descendant of either a celestial like race or that of the dragons group mentioned. I mean our magic knew a unicorn so we obviously be something unique.

I think that traveler is like the product of the jewel...like it's hard for me to quite explain BUT hear me out. What if the magic that the Jewell possesses belonged to the travelers parent(cause think about it they are absorbing that magic with no hefty price even though they aren't of that world) I always thought it was like a superman type thing cause of how well they adapt to that world.
