In the intro of Fire emblem : Radiant Dawn, Micaiah gets captured and restrained but she isn't gagged, you could go from there ;)

use more rope and bond her tied is ok, hogtied or connect knee and body

In the source game, there is a scene where she is captured by the enemy and held in a jail/dungeon to "await the general's pleasure." So, I think a dungeon type setting would be excellent. For pose, I think she'd look great in any pose that has her arms tied above her head. maybe tied to a post similarly to this: https://imgur.com/nmLYxTU Or possibly forget the post and tie her hands to the ceiling.

Since Micaiah can use Magic you should use a magic seal like you did in your witch pic in the past.^^ Best Fitting as a gag would be a classic otmgag or a seal tapegag. I bet you´ll pic a Fitting pose!^^

I really like the suggestion for a dungeon, so I’ll suggest that too! I think either chains or some kind of magic bindings would fit best for this.

Your otngag is beautiful.
