April consolation match character list (Patreon)

For every two months, I will randomly  choose a character from a pool of characters that failed to win a poll for more than 2 times in a row.

Here are the list of the said characters. If I left anybody out, please tell me. Once the Random Pick is complete, the number of the poll participation for the unchosen characters will be reset to zero.
