I am feeling a bit hung over today, so I worked on something simple. A test for a easy and dirty painting style. I am working my way up to doing a soft relaunch of GrimLewd as smutty stories with illustrations and this is the kind of style I am thinking about. Let me know what you think!

DEFINITELY want to see more GrimLewd and maybe (to dream the impossible dream) of paying for a Kickstarter for the full game one day. (Mostly because if I take it to most of the gaming conventions around here, they'll kick me out for being a Racist Sexist Bigoted Homophobic Trump Voter and now I know who my friends AREN'T.) Bravo, so recover and get all the energy together for big future projects.

Thank you for giving your answer what you will do with GrimLewd like this. I absolutely love to learn about GrimLewd through stories, illustrated or not. You have proven yourself to not only be an outstandig artist but also an as outstanding storyteller. Well you were this too even before you were forced to slow down on your drawing and painting. Yes, this works for me. And it works because now I want to know what lead up to this and what will happen next between them.

I think the way a scene is composed, how light, shadows and colour interact with the people and things in it, is what makes it work for me. It's not just the style of the art, whether it's simpler or very complex. For example, the illustrations from Journals of the Hunter are very nice for me, how they manage to make it all work together and they used a comparatively simple style.

I think your pivot towards written erotica with more focused illustrations has been one of the best art form transitions I’ve ever seen. And I want to say this in the least weird way possible because I think I can safely say we all love what you’re doing now, but if you want to take on another illustration heavy story in the future, have you ever thought of collabing with another artists with a similar art style? Im not affiliated with this person and I don’t want to break any rules you have against promotion, but I’ve seen another artist on Twitter named elzunix and I seriously thought it was an alt account of yours for a sec lol. Again I really don’t want to mean anything weird by this suggestion, just wanted to bring it up because their art style is so similar and in case you were ever thinking of doing something like that

This is great as always - and if we can see more GrimLewd as a result that's even better :) btw what you did in the composition with her sleeves there is brilliant, such a clever touch. Although of course it's the lip bite that deals the lethal damage :)

I wonder what Sera, the (False) Goddess is up to. She did mention that there is a change of the inquisition dropping in at some point. Perhaps she and her following have moved somewhere safer? And perhaps she develops a more genuine appreciation for her followers. A long journey on the run can have plenty of opportunity for her followers to show how real their love is for her. Maybe that can make her something other than a False God in the end.

I very much dig this style. You can see the nun grapple with her oaths and letting the Queen of all women do what she will.

Or, she just ends up burned by the inquisitions. Her pitch black charred body, desperately coiling around the last of her faithful, while her scales are blown away like old autumn leaves, under the blast of sacred flame of the only true Dead God's inquisitorial servant. Her blood and flesh turn to ash, her innards spill forth from her ribcage as it cracks apart like dry twigs. She spends the last of her magic to preserve her faithful ones, as they silently weep in her smoldering embrace.

And her lil smol boi. Don't forget about him. Bruk Bruk was so smitten by him. I also just realised that her initials, BB, are what the US Navy used to designate their battleships with. How fitting for a walking fortress.

Oh, the lip bite. With GrimLewd we cannot be too sure about who is seducing who here. Imagine a party in some mansion, and everyone, really everyone is out to secretly and covertly seduce someone else. From the shy chamber maid, to the mistress of the house, and all the guests, everyone is out to seduce, for one reason or another.

This piece reminds me of that other piece you did with a Queen and her handmaiden. Which I loved. As for you switching back to GrimLewd, sounds exciting. And I do apologize for bringing this up again, but please don't forget about Midlife Crisis. That story needs to continue.
