And having 17% of votes first place of our poll takes Princess Luna (mlp)Congratulations >w<But it is not all!Looking on the amount of characters and how the votes spreads I got a thought: What if we make a second round, but only with 3 first places? No no no, this month the winner is Luna, but what about future polls?I am not sure about this idea so I decided to ask for your opinion)+ Looks like I really love to make polls^^So, the Question is:How do you think, do we need to make a second round of poll with three first places?

I also would prefer the first round poll allowing multiple choices to be selected. The second round can be a single choice.

There definitely needs to be less options to vote for, having so many only splits the opinions further

Hm... yes, I can set "multiple choices" which allow you to vote for all characters you like. I think this is good idea actually... Okay, I'll keep it in my mind)

raptor

seems fair to me

Yakovlev_Vad

This was my thought as well) But I agree with Idea above. I can allow to vote for all characters you like. I think this could be more fair) And second round... well I think the result will be much more correct if you have only 3 options for vote

I agree with the comment suggesting that multiple choices be selectable - that way, the choice with the highest votes is automatically the one the most people would be happy seeing. Alternatively, you could experiment with an external voting site where people could rank their choices especially if there's a multi-way tie with this method...

Sounds like a good idea. Polls are tricky because people won't vote for who they honestly want if they think there's no chance that character will win. Having something for the 2nd and 3rd place winners would help fix that a little.

The final vote should be down to the top three candidates, but the first round ideally should be multiple choice to get an honest distribution of preferences. Pick your top three and there's a better chance that your oddball choice gets to the final round.
