📜 3D Misfits Commercial License Terms (Seller Tier Members) (Patreon)

Thank you for being part of 3D Misfits. 💜 These terms cover what's included with your Seller Tier membership.

By joining the 3D Misfits Seller Tier, you agree to the following:

✅ What You're Allowed To Do

As an active Seller Tier member, you may:

Print any MagBuddy™ model for personal use

Sell unlimited physical prints of models released during your active membership — and keep every dollar you make

Sell at markets, live sales, online shops, and social platforms

Customize, paint, resize, or finish your prints, and adjust printer settings for your production needs

Brand your own printed products and business — your shop name, your packaging, your booth signage. Your prints, your brand.

Use photos and videos of your printed items to market your products

Display the Authorized Reseller badge while your membership is active (details below)

⛔ What's Not Allowed

The following is strictly prohibited:

Selling, sharing, distributing, or gifting the digital files (STL / 3MF / OBJ)

Uploading files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform (Etsy, Cults3D, Printables, MakerWorld, etc.)

Remixing or altering the files in order to redistribute them digitally

Claiming you designed or own the MagBuddy™ characters or models (branding your own prints is fine — claiming the designs are yours is not)

Mass manufacturing or injection molding the models

Using the files to train AI models or datasets

Selling or transferring the license itself to another party

This license is non-transferable.

🛡️ Membership & License Duration

Your commercial license is valid while your Seller Tier membership is active.

If you cancel your membership:

You may continue selling physical prints of models released during your active membership period

You'll no longer receive new releases

You'll lose access to archived files, member-only content, your monthly discount code, and the Authorized Reseller badge

Commercial rights do not extend to any models released after cancellation.

🏅 Your Authorized Reseller Badge

Every active member gets the Authorized Reseller badge — a trust mark that shows your customers you're a genuine, currently authorized 3D Misfits seller.

You may:

Display it on your booth, Etsy or online shop listings, social profiles, business cards, and packaging — anywhere you sell your prints

Please keep it honest:

Use it as-is — don't recolor, stretch, or edit it

Display it only while your membership is active

It marks you as an authorized reseller — it doesn't make you an official partner or spokesperson for 3D Misfits, so please don't imply you speak for the brand

Never attach it to digital files or use it to suggest you can sell files

👥 License Violations

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate removal from the membership

Revocation of commercial rights

Formal takedown requests if necessary

3D Misfits is built on creativity, trust, and collaboration. These terms exist to protect the work and the community — not to restrict your creativity. If you ever have a question about what's allowed, just ask.
