Hey everyone!

In this video, I go over a few quick things to check when importing your files into Snap Orca or any slicer outside of Bambu. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel frustrated, so I hope this helps!

If you have any questions, please feel free to drop them below—I’m always happy to help.

Just a quick note: we do not release models unless they are fully functional as magnets. If you’re experiencing strength issues, it’s most likely due to the magnet being used rather than the model itself.

We hope you’re all enjoying the models so far! Also, just a reminder—you have 8 days left to download March’s models before they are archived on May 1st. Archived models will be available on MMF soon.

Happy printing! ✨

I want to know how you get your Biqu Glaciers to work on the Snapmaker. I've bought two now (I thought the first one was defective) and both have caused me to lose prints :( I only had this issue on my P1S printers when I didn't wash them in between prints. It's very frustrating!

Oh no! This is our workflow and we rarely have any issues. We will clean the plates with 91% alcohol with a hand towel, then we spray with AQUANET (no other brand) hairspray. Then we preheat to 60degrees before printing. We will wash the plate with Dawn soap when the plate starts to get kinda gross, maybe every 3 to 4 prints. I hope this helps!

My U1 had the same problem, I am just using the OEM PEI plates with great success so far.

Can I suggest that you make a PDF with all your standard profile settings and print instructions. That way it can be downloaded with the file for a quick reference when members are setting up the print. It would eliminate having to search through old posts that will get exponentially bigger as time goes on and might answer the repeat questions.
