THIS WAS SUCH A TREAT TO READ, I was cackling the entire time they were breaking into Hammerheads place and the CAT WAS SO AAMZING and cute and just ahhh the imagery and your palette and the whole aesthetic still gives me life. Ahhh I'm so glad all those little details are being noticed! Despite all the hardships with this one it was totally worth it seeing how much everyone is enjoying it! And I'm also happy my crab man didn't go unnoticed (though he is quite large so I guess it would be hard to miss him lol) I'm already so hyped to work on the next one!!! I was so looking forward to this & it was beyond all expectations :) Avery has this manboy exuberance like Tintin which is really sweet in such a debauched world and his comparitive size to Leslie; those mirrorred shots where they're matchy running or arms up like lethal weapon style cop buddies - pure joy. Colours are beautiful. The blacks are magic - velvety with the bright bling metal -so nice. And the patterns! That is a lot of love hours. Your dialogue's so snappy. The characters each have such distinct voices their personalities really shine through, but it's funny AND has cadence to boot. I've read quite a lot of artist stuff looks beautiful but reads a bit flat. But this is music. For some reason Megan sounded just like Janice from friends in my head. And I couldn't figure out why some of the text was reversed? Unless it was to easteregg the last Cameron cameo on pg 42... Are you going to do any prints? Gosh this comment is a dream to receive!! I'm just so so glad that the dialogue feels fun and dynamic (one of my biggest fears is really flat dialogue haha ;;). And I can only hope that I can continue to make the relationships and profiles more solid as I continue! Also, have you read the first episode? This would answer your question about the backwards text hopefully!
