Ah thanks! I'll certainly give it a listen! The problem isn't so much me asking questions as to why my characters react the way they do or make the choices they make; as there is a lot of back story to these characters that I've not complete explained yet so as not to spoil the contents of the comic. The main issue I found myself having with Paperface is that everything I have developed so far within his character development has to do with him being blind - even though this is intrinsic to who he is as a person, there is never a single thing that is the sum of someones entire character. I've focused so much on the meaning of the paper, why things are the way they are for him, but I've spend such little time reflecting on say, his hobbies, which is the complete opposite of what I've done for Sophie and SAM respectively. I feel I need to pull away from all these questions focusing around his state of being and more on how he is inside his head. For example, SAM has his usually large arms but a lot of his character development (read: personality, life choices) does not focus on that physical trait alone. So I plan on painting this piece so I have more time to ask questions about Paperface; a mental interview with him, if you will.
