Which model did you get? I know a lot of people have trouble with the colours on multiple cintiq models, so you might have to look into colour calibration.

I got the 22 HD one. I do have a colorimeter so I could calibrate it but that is only going to take me but so far since the screen is only capable of displaying about 75% of adobe's RGB colour space, where as other models have a higher rate (97% for the other model I'm considering) which means I could calibrate those for much better accuracy. As well as that I have the weird shimmer effect going on , which seems to be do to the plastic vinyl on the model - it scatters the light it emits causing multi coloured grain. A little frustrated with these things!
