Character ages and how much time has passed are two thing we rarely get hard confirmations on but Cinder is estimated to be in her early to mid twenties and for the point you are at in the show Ruby is 16 and the rest of the girls are 18 and Oscar is 14

Just because you asked about the ages, Ruby is actually 16 in volume 5, and 17 as of volume 6. She's not actually 12, that's just how Winter sees her because chibi Ruby is so immature. As for Cinder, we don't have an exact age for her, only that she's in her 20s, but it's easy to mistake her for being the same age as everyone else because she was pretending to be a student in volume 2 and 3 (which also plays into the joke about her lying about her age).

I also love the penny episode! As for the patreon only reaction series, I will say it until my dying breath, Please watch Naruto. I know it’s long, but thats like infinite content if ya think about it lol! And I know you will love most of the characters!!

Oh I think you might enjoy these shows/movies •She-Ra and The Princes’s of Power - 5 seasons •Avatar: The last Airbender - 3 seasons but has 2 spinoff shows and a movie •The Shinkai trilogy of movies, Your Name, Weathering with You & Suzumei (preferably in English dub) •Holo Graffiti, Hololive’s animated skit show that had at least 300 episodes but they’re maybe 2 minutes long each •Robot Wars, just a fun suggestion as it’s my favourite show ever, given it’s not a story show I’d recommend Series 8 and good staring point. Even just a single episode would be cool to see

27:58 No...Ruby is NOT 12 lol...Winter just THINKS she's 12. She entered Beacon Academy at the age of 15. The age of eligibility for each of the four main academies is 17 which Weiss, Blake and Yang are at the beginning of the Beacon Arc (Volumes 1-3) since they came in as Freshmen (Also Team JNPR). - The academies are basically like Universities where they graduate at the age of 21 from those schools so they're definitely not in a highschool setting. The Mistral Arc (Volumes 4-6), Ruby is 16 and Weiss, Blake and Yang are 18. - Every 3 arcs, they age at least a year. (Team JNR are also 18). So the Atlas Arc (Volumes 7-9) would put Ruby at the age of 17 and Weiss, Blake and Yang (Plus Team JNR) at the age of 19, so they're pretty much adults by those volumes, though they officially are adults during the Mistral Arc, aside from Ruby who is the only minor. - Most of us speculate that Ruby will be 18 by Volume 10 and the rest of the main cast (Weiss, Blake and Yang + Team JNR should hit the age of 20 when the Vacuo Arc starts. Ruby's birthday officially lands on October 31st/Holloween (according to the Showrunner Kerry Shawcross), Weiss is in May, Blake is in January so she turned 18 before the rest of her team and Yang's birthday is in July.
