Once your café reaches Reputation Level 3, a new character named Mia will show up one evening, right before closing time. She'll be waiting outside the entrance — once you finish up for the day and walk over to her, she'll introduce herself and offer to work for you.

If you're not ready to hire her right away, no worries — she'll let you know you can find her in the park later if you change your mind.

Hiring her

You'll get a small overview of her stats: Cost, Speed, Bonus, and Services. For Mia, Speed, Bonus, and Cost all start at the lowest tier — Services is fixed, since right now she only handles one job: serving coffee.

What she does

Once hired, Mia works right alongside you in the café, visibly walking back and forth — she steps up to the coffee machine, brews for a few seconds, then delivers the drink to a waiting customer herself. She pulls from the same pool of customers you do, so she genuinely takes some of the workload off your hands during busy, high-reputation shifts. At first she won't earn any bonus tips, just a standard payout per drink delivered.

Paying her

She's on a daily salary, automatically deducted from your earnings at the end of each day.

The new Office

Once you've hired her, a brand new area opens up in the café — walk to the right after closing to find the office. Inside, a board lets you upgrade her stats (Speed and Bonus) in tiers. Each upgrade makes her better at her job — but also raises her daily salary.

This is the first step toward a bigger system: down the line, you'll be able to hire multiple employees, each specializing in different jobs around the café.Let me know what you think!!!
