Hello Patrons!

I filmed this month's Patron Show on the final day of my 3 week filming work-cation which took me from the American east coast to a post-Soviet state in North-East Europe.

Why am I in Estonia? Many of you can probably guess, but for those of you who can't - press play. We're got some fun stuff to show you.

Oh boy that title. I can only think of one reason you’d be in Estonia and the hype is real

Perry Russell

Oh hell yeah. I knew the second you guys mentioned Estonia what it would be buts great to see the confirmation

It's Hugo's Nook

While in Estonia you should hit up Mr Morris Games! I can connect you two if you want. He’s the dev or Rusty’s Retirement (that kinda blew up earlier this year) and Haiku the Robot (and I made some art for both!). Could be a cool one for Dead Dwyrie

I literally snorted the water I was drinking (sparkling, twist of lemon) out of my nose when you said "Harry Du Bois". The behind-the-scenes drama notwithstanding, Disco Elysium had a profound impact on me as a gamer. The art, writing, acting... everything was *chef's kiss*. I'm so happy you're doing a doc on this game. I can't think of anyone better to do this. Thank you!

Oliver Cant

I actually thought the game was Funk Valhalla, but close enough I guess 😉

Repptilian

Congrats again, Jesse!

Riccardo Margiotta

Oh man, I played so much Counter-Strike into the wee hours during my uni days that I used to dream of walking around Dust and Dust 2. Can't wait. 😅

Aaron White

Super exited about all this!

Eoin

Your "Hey Siri" activated my phone. Cheers

Alxa

Did you really get back on Friday since crowdstrike.....

hah yup, what a day to take two connecting flights around the world

just want to say I appreciate that these videos are still accessible via youtube as videos watchable via youtube is the easiest way for me personally.

First of all, get some sleep Danny 😴 Second, didn't know how badly I needed an Estonian man saying "poopoo" until I heard it in this video. Third, can't wait for the Dust doc. I remember reading an interview in PC Gamer with the level designer of Mirage, and I was super fascinated by it but the article was super short.

This is where the 'journalist' part of games journalist really shines, Danny seems to be in his element (despite all the challenges) and to be at the frontline of a deeper sort of understanding in the games industry, it's actually unprecedented lol
