[TRAILER LIVE TOMORROW - DO NOT SHARE YET PLEASE xxx]

Hey Patrons!

It's a bit nuts here in O'Dwyer Manor as we pack up all our stuff to leave California on Tuesday. In fact the only part of our home still intact is my workstation in the corner of our living room where I've spent most of the past month furiously editing our now six part Witcher series that begins this Monday:

Full Schedule:The Story of CD Projekt - Monday, October 2ndRemembering The Witcher 1 & 2 - Wednesday, October 4thCreating the World of The Witcher 3 - Friday, October 6thThe Quests of Wild Hunt - Monday, October 9ndFound in Translation - Wednesday, October 11thThe Devil's in the Details - Friday, October 13th

The trailer linked is different from most of our other trailers in that it doesn't actually have any voice-over or interview footage in it. The reason for this was to emphasize the larger nature of this project; six videos running about 25 minutes each featuring interviews with over a dozen folks at the studio. We talked to a range of people including folks from level design, combat design, quest design, adaptation, localization right up to the folks who run the company. Each video has it's own unique focus, interviewees & charm, and we've worked really hard to make sure they are dense with information and packed full of fun moments.

This has been a very challenging project but I'm really happy with how it's turned out. As The Witcher turns 10 years old in October, we hope this is a fitting tribute to the series that fans, and newcomers alike, will enjoy.

My sincere apologies for the lack of Q&A and Hangout this month - the house-move threw everything into chaos over here and I simply didn't have the hours in the day. I'll make it up to you next month as I build a dedicated studio and formalize & professionalize all that content. All our community stuff is about to get a lot more professional looking.

Thanks so much for your continuing support folks, it means the world. The size of this project is a direct result of the funding we receive.

As ever, if you've got any questions, please stick them below.  I'll be editing and packing all weekend so happy to answer them as they come.

Holy hell Danny, you are getting good at this stuff! It looks like it will be immense! Really happy to be supporting you. It reminds me that I really must play Witcher 3. The disc has been in my XBox for a year. Good luck with the move mate.

God damn Danny, how many times are you gonna one-up your previous stuff? This looks mind-blowing and it's just the trailer O__O

Professionalize, nice word :) - good luck on the move.

This is really exciting! And don't you sweat it about the lack of content over the last several week. The way I see it (and I'm sure people would agree) - you had a mammoth of an edit to finish and 100% focus on witcher was expected. Now one idea - as a person who is coming back to video editing - I'm super curious to see your guys' process of color correcting. I liked what you did in FF series and this trailer was very well edited and color graded. And I kinda want to see what went into producing it. :)
