Hello Patrons!

With all this chat around Silent Hill recentl we thought it a good time to revisit the 2006 film starring Sean Bean, Radha Mitchell & Laurie Holden.

Will the movie have poor draw distance? Will a spooky siren go off? Are there pyramid heads? All these questions and more are answered in this patron exclusive podcast.

Also sorry to our Sheffield listeners - I said Sean Bean was from Newcastle, ugh.

Very fun podcast! Hope you all do Silent Hill Revelation 3D next because it makes this movie seem like Citizen Kane haha. Also, Centralia, PA is not an inspiration for Silent Hill in the game, just for the movie.

If I had one regret, it's that the games mention that the town, for most people, is a totally normal touristic town, and this is not showed in the whole series of games. The movie could have showed that with the Harry scenes

I played the video game 2 decades+ ago... all I remember is I enjoyed it. I have seen the movie a few times and I enjoy it.
