FAQ (regarding patreon & high res folders) (Patreon)

Hi all, I often get asked some similar questions regarding Patreon and the high res folders so I thought it would be helpful to pin this post.

Q: Why didn't I receive the high resolution folder DM even though I am subscribed?

A: Patreon has a weird bug that occurs when you cancel your subscription and choose to become a Free member. Instead of waiting until your current subscription ends, it immediately changes your account to the Free membership tier. Please be sure to not check the Free tier option when you unsubscribe, and if you did, please remove the Free membership in your membership tabs. That should revert your account back to the paid membership until your subscription expires!
If you missed a DM due to this, please don't hesitate to message me, and I will send you the folder or give your access.

Q: How do I get the high res folder for this month?

A: I will send out the folder to tsundere and sneakerhead tier supporters on the first day of the upcoming month. (ex: On Feb 1, I will send January folders to your DM)

Q: I am a new subscriber. Is there any way to receive older folders that I wasn't here for?

A: If you are a first time Sneakerhead tier supporter, I can send you three previous folders of your choosing as a one-time perk. I am planning to make the older folders available for a deep discount for current supporters.

Q: I forgot to download a previous folder even though I was subscribed. Can I still download it?

A: Yes, please use the old link that was DM'd to you to request access as a Viewer. Leave a message with your Patreon name in the text box, and I will share the folder with you. Otherwise, please DM me about it and I will give you access to the folder!

Q: Do you take commissions?

A: Yes, I announce commission openings here on Patreon when I am able to work on them.
