Hello Everyone! It's been roughly 2,5 - 3 Months since the release of my patreon page. I am still very much overwhelmed with the amount of support i have gotten in this rather short span of time, so thank you!However, as these months passed, i realized several issues regarding my initial supporter Tiers and how i handle releases. In order to handle topics such as upload schedule, backlog, piracy, pricing and request overwork, i need to rework aspects of the supporter tiers. I will attach additional thoughts / reasons for changes at the end of the Changelog.Changelog to Supporter Tiers:Supporter Tier 1:

Removal of Exclusive / Extended restrictions. Every supporter Tier now has access to the same Version of future Releases

Backlog Availability: Access to works of the last 2 Months (Current + Last Month)

Price Adjustment 4,50 to 6,50Supporter Tier 2:

Character Suggestions will now allow the Suggestion of any of the previously released Artstyles used for this Character

Character Suggestion Polls will now feature a preview / sprite Illustration of Characters!

Request - Scenes are limited to remasters of already existing Sets ( A condensed "alternative" Version of a Set featuring your Character)

Champion Tier: This got requested as a way to show additional support / I am still thinking of additional benefits, but this would likely defeat the purpose of this Tier

The exclusive / extended differentiation happened naturally due to how i made sets in the past + it gave a bigger incentive for Tier 2 Supporters. With specific availability and the newer Sets, this is no longer necessary

Availability Periods mainly serve two reasons:

I want to incentivize supporters that offer their support over a longer period vs. a one time purchased sweep. It feels unfair to those that offer feedback, support and geniune interest over these periods

Piracy. While i do not want to get rid of QOL like Zip downloads, i want to make an effort to at least restrict my collection + protect the Assets that you as members offered their support for.

I think with an average of 2 Uploads per week. Even as a Tier 1 Supporter, you would still average about 16 Full Releases per single Pledge. 32 Full Releases as a Tier 2 Supporter, to put it in perspective. So i wanted to make sure these pledges will still offer respectable value.

Character Suggestion Previews

I want to make even the suggestion itself worth in some shape or form. That even if these suggestions won't and up winning, you are at least offered a completed model and shot of your favorite characters.

This will also greatly increase the visible consideration of said characters and create more engagement

With the addition of a style suggestion to pair it with, it might get closer to a Supporters original vision of said character.

Prize Changes to the Supporter Tier 1-2:

The change reflects the direct comparison with Tier 1 Prizes and Benefits.

The general cost / funds of maintaining these uploads and the overall quality increase are part of that change. This should serve as a final change and will not be altered further.

Requester - Tier Changes

This has always been an experimental feature / Tier , as i had no Idea how much of this i can shoulder, especially in regards to my usual uploads + my life outside of this hobby / activity.

Length of Sets / Scenario Restriction: I have greatly underestimated the work that has to be put in to make these requests happen, i was too lenient with size, freedom of scenes and in the end the maximum requests i can take per month.

I want to still give the opportunity to have a supporter see a character being brought to life, but i need to put clear restrictions on it to protect myself from burning out and to be able to get a hold of my own freedom and schedule again

I still want to leave the opportunity for great ideas and custom scenarios open, so my dms are always open to discuss a potential custom Set!

Prize Increase: I talked with several of previous requesters, getting their feedback on my request work and asked for geniune review and a lot of them were favorable and understanding of this decision. I also want to emphasize a more "one-time purchase" approach to these slots , so that everyone might find the opportunity to request something if they have a wish for it. I won't force anyone out of their slots, but i also do not expect you to continously support me to this extent! So please don't worry.

I wanted to give you proper insights to these changes, so i hope that this arguably massive amount of text serves those that want to see the reasoning behind changes and want to keep up to date with my sentiment towards certain aspects of this Channel. しかし、この数ヶ月の間に、当初のサポーターティア（支援プラン）や作品の公開方法に関して、いくつかの課題に気づきました。

アップロードのスケジュール、過去作品（バックログ）へのアクセス、海賊版対策、価格設定、そしてリクエスト対応による過度な負担といった問題に対処するため、サポーターティアの仕組みを一部見直すことにしました。

変更の理由や詳細については、この変更履歴の最後に記載しています。

サポーターティアの変更内容：

サポーターティア1：

「限定版」や「拡張版」といった区分を廃止します。今後はすべてのティアで、将来公開される作品の同一バージョンにアクセスできるようになります。

過去作品へのアクセス：直近2ヶ月分（今月＋先月）の作品

価格改定：4.50 → 6.50

サポーターティア2：

「限定版」や「拡張版」といった区分を廃止します。今後はすべてのティアで、将来公開される作品の同一バージョンにアクセスできるようになります。

キャラクター提案において、そのキャラクターに対して過去に使用されたあらゆるアートスタイルを指定できるようになります。

キャラクター提案の投票では、キャラクターのプレビュー画像やスプライトイラストが表示されるようになります！

価格改定：8.50 → 10.50

リクエストによるシーン制作は、既存セットのリマスター版（特定のキャラクターをフィーチャーした、セットの凝縮された「別バージョン」）に限定されます。

カスタムリクエストの可否や価格については、引き続きDMでご相談いただけます！セットに関する全体的な変更点：

4ヶ月のローテーション期間を過ぎたリリース作品も販売は継続され、引き続き購入可能な状態となります。

今回の変更に関する解説・所感：

「Champion（チャンピオン）」ティアについて：追加の支援を示す手段として要望がありましたが、さらなる特典を追加すると、このティアの本来の目的が損なわれてしまう可能性があるため、現在も検討中です。

以前のセット制作の経緯から、自然と「限定性」や「提供期間の差別化」が生まれ、それがTier 2サポーターへの大きな動機付けとなっていました。しかし、現在の提供スケジュールや新しいセット構成を考慮すると、そうした差別化はもはや必要ないと判断しました。

提供期間を設ける主な理由は2つあります：

単発購入ではなく、長期間にわたって支援してくださる方を優遇したいと考えています。長期間にわたりフィードバックや支援、純粋な関心を寄せてくださる方々に対して不公平にならないようにするためです。

海賊版対策です。Zipダウンロードのような利便性（QOL）をなくしたくはありませんが、少なくともコレクションへのアクセスを制限し、メンバーの皆様が支援してくださったアセット（作品）を保護する努力はしたいと考えています。

週平均2回のアップロードを行う場合、Tier 1サポーターであっても、1回の支援（プレッジ）につき平均約16件のフルリリースを受け取れる計算になります。Tier 2サポーターなら32件です。つまり、支援に対して十分な価値を提供し続けられるようにしたかったのです。

キャラクター提案のプレビューについて

提案すること自体に何らかの価値を持たせたいと考えています。たとえその提案が採用されなくても、お気に入りのキャラクターの完成モデルや画像が提供されるようにしたいのです。

これにより、提案されたキャラクターへの注目度が高まり、より活発な交流（エンゲージメント）が生まれるはずです。

スタイル（画風）の提案も組み合わせることで、サポーターが思い描いていたキャラクターのイメージにより近づけることができるかもしれません。

サポーターTier 1・2の特典変更について：

今回の変更は、Tier 1の特典やメリットとの直接的な比較を反映したものです。

アップロードを継続するためのコストや資金、そして全体的なクオリティの向上も、変更の理由に含まれています。これが最終的な変更となり、今後はこれ以上の変更は行わない予定です。

リクエスター（リクエスト）ティアの変更について

このティアは常に実験的な機能・枠組みとして扱ってきました。通常のアップロード活動や、この趣味・活動以外の私生活と両立させながら、どの程度の負担を担えるか分からなかったためです。セットの長さ・シナリオの制限について：リクエストを実現するために必要な労力を、私は大きく見誤っていました。ボリュームやシーンの自由度、そして月間最大リクエスト数について、これまで少し甘く設定しすぎていたのです。

サポーターの皆さんに、キャラクターに命が吹き込まれる様子を見ていただく機会は今後も提供したいと考えています。しかし、私自身が燃え尽きないようにし、自分の自由な時間やスケジュールを確保するためには、明確な制限を設ける必要があります。

素晴らしいアイデアやカスタムシナリオを形にする機会は残しておきたいので、カスタムセットのご相談については、いつでもDM（ダイレクトメッセージ）で受け付けています！

価格の改定について：以前リクエストをくださった数名の方々と話し合い、率直なフィードバックやレビューを伺いました。多くの方が好意的に受け止めてくださり、今回の決定にも理解を示してくださいました。また、リクエスト枠については「単発の購入（買い切り）」という形を重視したいと考えています。そうすることで、リクエストしたいという希望をお持ちの誰もが、その機会を得られるようにしたいのです。現在枠を確保されている方に無理やり辞めていただくようなことはしませんし、この規模の支援を継続していただくことを強いるつもりもありませんので、どうぞご安心ください。
