I am very happy you are liking this show so far. If you like Hazbin Hotel, might I suggest you watch Helluva Boss? It’s another show by Vivziepop and takes place in the same universe as Hazbin Hotel. Both shows are not connected beyond that so you won’t have to watch one to understand the other.

You don't have to worry. Vivienne announced awhile back, seasons 3 and 4. I'm super excited to watch this with you. This show is a favorite of mine. Charlie is such a ray of sunshine. Big fan of the Ted Lasso, Leslie Knope type characters.

If you’re concerned about Hazbin being done too quickly, the same creative team does a spin off called Helluva Boss which is 2 full length seasons, a bunch of shorts and a third season starting next week. A lot of musical talent in that as well

I fell in love with this show pretty quick, but episode 4 and the song Poison were what cemented it for me. I appreciate that Viv is willing to take on complex topics head on - such as the fact that Angel takes pride in his sex work and puts his all into his performances even while being abused by Val and wishing for an escape. The nuance she gives to the topic is phenomenal, as is the song which delves into his conflicted feelings.

Don't worry! Seasons 3 and 4 are already confirmed and being worked on, Season 3 likely early next year, and Season 5 is also greenlit as the final season. Once you finish the two available seasons, I'd STRONGLY recommend Helluva Boss, which is the 2nd show made by the same creator and starting in Helluva Boss season 3 (Which is coming out next week), the two shows are going to start crossing over since they both are now owned by Amazon. Also yes, Poison and Loser Baby were so popular when they came out they were trending on the billboard top 100. Also yesssss another for the Huskerdust ship! Welcome aboard!

Crystaahhl! so glad youre watchin this. I know you basically just started, but do you have plans to watch Helluva Boss as well? Its also basically a musical and focuses more on the other rings of hell Also, just a fun little fact assuming someone else didnt mention it, but in vivziepops universe, when a mortal dies and ends up in hell, they take on an appearance influenced by how they died and the life they lived.

This show is greenlit all the way to season 5, which the creator has said will be the end because the story she wants to tell would take 5 seasons and no more, so we've got 3 more seasons eventually of this show, 2 out rn, and then the sister series helluva boss which is more comedy less songs (still some songs tho) is getting its third season in a few days

I have absolutely been loving your reactions to HH. Like you I entered with no idea of what the show was, beyond the thing my son wouldn't stop talking about. I started and the moment Charlie began to sing I knew this was going to become an instant addiction. (I'm also a Theatre kid that went to college for Theatre. Once you get through season 1, check online for GalaxyCon. It rotates around. Along with its kid-sibling con "Animate!" you can meet a good portion of the voice cast, They love meting fans on the con circuit.

If you rewatch e4, pay attention to the second half of Poison. After Angel sings about disassociating, everything you see in the foreground is him mentally retreating, pretending everything is fine, everything is glamourous. But on the screens behind him, in little flashes, you can see the horrible things he's actually experiencing. It's truly brilliant animating.
