Mania! (Patreon)

Here's a quickie that I wanted to get out of my mind. It's Mania from Marvel Comics, she's a girl that got bonded to a symbiote that I think came from the original Venom symbiote? Idk, comics are wack.

You might be asking? Why make this? Why is it an exclusive? Well... If you ask any of my friends they could easily tell you that I despise comic books, american comic books to be exact. I used to be a big comic fan back in the early to mid 2010's, I used to keep up with the storylines and speculate with people on imageboards but then 2016 arrived, a lot of things happened that year and Marvel had this hufe reboot event and everything sucked afterwards. I was so disgusted by Marvel by that point I swore comics off all together, I was exaggerating back then but I still hold discontent with anything marvel related along with Disney, Marvel just hasn't been the same since the purchase.

Back in the mid 2010s is when I began to dabble into art and back then I sketched up a lot of uhm... Heroines, a lot of those sketches I never shared cuz they were garbage but I always had a soft spot for masked women.

Spider-Man and all the surrounding characters that were most active in Spider-Man comics were always  my favorites! Silver Sable, Black Cat, She-Venom... Top tier waifu material back in the day.

So now I have the means to at least give the characters' looks justice but I don't want to promote Marvel/Disney nor appear as if I still like comics, I'm also nostalgic for those earlier times where things were easier for me. So I found a solution, every once in a while I'll sketch up some super-hero related stuff but it'll stay a secret between you, my dear patrons, and I! It seems like a pretty neat solution for me.

So don't be surprised if you see more super hero stuff from me, it'll be on the house. Maybe I'll do one of the thousands of spider women that marvel has been pumping out into print for the last few years.
