BEAUTIFUL!! figure competitor ALEX LISKA working out and POSING

This video is of the ultra feminine and beautiful Alex Liska. Here she takes you through a workout and some posing practice with her coach. Diymuscle was a popular website that promoted hundreds of female bodybuilders, figure and physique athletes from dozens of countries. All the footage was recorded by the models themselves that's why its called diy-muscle (do it yourself) We've decided to release all of our videos on youtube for FREE. Dating all the way back to 2006. Enjoy.
