We had a chance to work with female bodybuilding pioneer Diana Dennis.  She started competing way back in 1981.  Proof that weight training can lead to a long and strong healthy life.  The video starts out with a interview and then goes to the gym.  Portions of the background music audio had to be removed to avoid copyright issues.

Diymuscle was a popular website that promoted hundreds of female bodybuilders, figure and physique athletes from dozens of countries. All the footage was recorded by the models themselves that's why its called diy-muscle (do it yourself) We've decided to release all of our videos on youtube for FREE. Dating all the way back to 2006. Enjoy
