What up, Creamers! (I won't call you that again if you all agree to never mention it again...)

Ahem... it's Monday, so it's dev-log time!

Chapter 4 was quite the monster update. I think all the routes really started to define themselves, and I couldn't help but write as much content as I did.

For me, Chapter 4 was all about each route putting its own stamp on the game and getting across a real feel for the kind of content you can expect from them going forward, while also building up to something I know you all want to see!

I'm very happy with the decision to move to two routes every five weeks. It's going to give me the time I need while avoiding burnout in the process.

I've already started writing Chapter 5 and I was finding it... well... hot. I might be biased, but the stuff I love writing always seems to be the stuff you guys end up loving as well, so I must be doing something right! Now that each route has established its identity, Chapter 5 is where things really start delivering on what they've been building towards.

My goal this week is to finish the complete scripts for the NTS and NTRS routes. I'll then code them into the game before moving on to image generation and implementation.

Because I've only just started writing, I don't have any previews for you yet, so you'll have to wait until the next supporter dev-log for those. But fret not! At the request of Crème, I have a lovely little image for you instead.

Oh, and Crème also wanted a chance to speak to you all!

Crème’s Corner

Chapter 4 is finally done and I can finally have my husband back! Horaaaaaayyyy!

In all seriousness though, I wanted to have a small section in this week's dev-log just to say how proud I am of Creamy. He put so much time and effort into Chapter 4, and he did a lot of it without any help because I was working away from home.

We know it wasn't the smoothest of releases and there were delays, but I think what the chapter now includes is pretty awesome and does a great job of building up to what comes next.

Thank you all so much for your support and for welcoming all the new members! It's amazing to see the community we've built over the last few months, and I'm so excited to see what comes next!

Creamy again! I swear Crème wrote this herself! There were absolutely no bribes or free back rubs involved on my end!

I don't have too much more to say, other than I have some plans for more polls coming up. Some will just be for fun, while others will help me gauge interest in a few ideas I've had and figure out what to prioritise first.
