Dragon Block Noea - v0.90 {Early Access} (Patreon)

This little addon started as nothing more than an idea… but you guys keep fueling the fire! Thanks to all your feedback, bug hunting, and amazing suggestions, Dragon Block Noea has grown into something HUGE, and I seriously can’t wait for everyone to experience the massive leaps we've made in v0.90!!

Since the last update, we already gave you Super Dash, Flow State, new forms, and planetary conquest... so we had to go even BIGGER. Today we are bringing entirely new dimensions, the most requested mechanic in Dragon Ball history, and insane new customization! So to start TODAY we have:

✨ THE FUSION SYSTEM!!

That's right, true server-authoritative Fusion is finally here!! You can now fuse with compatible NPCs/mobs or other players! Fusions inherit forms, abilities, physical sizing, and even custom visual traits from both contributors!

Fusion Arm Band / EX-Fusions

Cinematic Reveals: Fusing triggers a bounded, client-side cinematic

Fusion Expert Bulma: Head over to the brand new Capsule Corp structure to find Bulma for all your fusion presentation and testing services!

Transformations Lower the Timer: Potara unlike real DBZ is only 30 minutes and Fusion Dance + Arm Band are 15 minutes, cutting the timers in half... SSJ = 1 Minute, SSJ2 = 3 Minute Reduction and so on... However once transformed it'll NOT effect you again if you power down and back up into it!

💥 FIVE-WAY ULTRA FUSION!

Why stop at two?! You can now perform a massive Five-way Ultra Fusion requiring exactly five contributors! This creates an absolute monster with a single head-feature owner, contributor body/tail features, a custom Ultra outfit/headband, unique palettes, exclusive auras, and merged stats!

✨ SENZU BEAN BAG

Speak with Korrin and buy the Senzu Bean pouch, store beans and use a Hotkey to eat them whenever in a pickle... just note the button WON'T work when in Tournaments.

🌌 TOURNAMENT OF POWER

The World Tournament was just the warm-up. We have added a dedicated Tournament of Power dimension!

Massive Brawls: Setup up to 20 fighters at once!

Game Modes: Choose between free-for-all or team modes with party combat and friendly-fire AI!

The Gods are Watching: The Grand Priest and Zenos are present in the new Zeno Lobby! (Creative hosts can even spectate from above the fighters!)

Don't Hurt the Zenos... you've been warned

Flight is Disabled when fighting within the Tournament

🧬 NEW RACES, PROGRESSION & CUSTOMIZATION!

Demon/Kai Customization: Completely customize your Demon physique, ears, and palettes, and unlock purchasable Demon Ascension routes!

Evil Third Eye: A brand new item of power ONLY Demon/Kai's can use! Store power, scale your physical growth, and achieve multiple ascensions. Watch out for the terminal overload state! Includes forehead models, glowing outlines, and reach support.

Majin Tails: Added presentation and toggle support for Majin tails! {W.I.P. = might not be working atm fully]

☄️ FLIGHT & SPACE IMPROVEMENTS!

Reworked Flight: Native flight presentation has been completely overhauled! Enjoy stable first and third-person aura alignment, persistent flight trails, and much smoother animation transitions when flying!

Namek Planet in Space: You can now find Namek on the far outskirts of space, allowing you to travel to Namek without a Space Pod (only unlockable after completion of the namek saga)

🎒 QUALITY OF LIFE & EXTRAS!

Senzu Pouch: Added a highly requested Senzu pouch and radial utility menu for quick healing in a pinch!

Realistic Mode: Added an optional Realistic Mode ruleset and presentation presets for creators who want a more immersive, grounded DBZ experience.

HUD Radial Overhaul: Compact radial/HUD icons for all the new abilities and forms, making it way easier to see your availability states and form routing!

Giant Auto Step: Does what it says... bigger forms now automatically walk up blocks

Combat Flight Float: Search Flight might be faster but now Combat Flight allows you to STAY in the air, no more slow float down unless you are in search flight.

Download the new .jar update from 1 of the links below.

Stop Minecraft and your server before installing.

Remove the older Dragon Block Noea / NoeaBosses JAR. (Recommend: Delete Dragon Mine Z folder in your Config, note this resets EVERYTHING so custom configs will be reset)

Drag and drop the new .jar into a Mods Folder within your Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge installation.

Make sure both the client / server if using, use the same Dragon Block Noea version.

Launch the game—you’ll know it works when the custom Dragon Block Noea menu appears.

Enjoy exploring, sparring, fusing, and surviving the Tournament of Power!!

Few bug reports tried the mod out for a while the God forms are not working for any race but saiyan race ive done a fresh install and used dev tools idk if this will be fixed on full drop of this but its a bit buggy

ive yet to summon super shenron yet ill check it out but for dragons i cant seem to wish for the demon eye like you did in one of ur videos and i cant seem to wish for the bio droid items either idk if these are intentional cause ik you said you were gonna adujst wishes

All the big wishes now can only be done with the Namek Dragon Balls like the android wishes and the Evil Third Eye now Super Shenron is for OP stuff

Hi Butter, just letting you know there are still 2 versions of beast, one is at the end of the god ki evolutions and the other is given by gohan

You need to talk to the divine visitors first , they spawn rarely or you can use a commend to spawn them, talk to either Whis or Beerus and you'll unlock the location in your Space Pod

God Forms can only be obtained by Saiyan's as they fall down the Super Saiyan God Route Enhance with God Ki can also only be used by Saiyans & Demon/Kai's atm for unique effects Humans, Androids, Bio-Androids, Namekians and Majins atm can't use it... not a bug just I haven't added anything for them yet

Hi again butter, sorry just found another fun thing, you can do the fusion dance with goku the second you spawn in as a saiyan and you just instantly get super saiyan 1 all the way to 3 for free, got super saiyan 3 before flight XD

you could make enhance with god ki have like different colour based on alignment like keep it blue for good alignment and purple ish pink for bad alignment

im just going to point out a little bug i was using the bio android CAC and when i went to use fusion dance on perfect cell it make my character permanently bald and the issue still persisted even when i switched worlds entirely

I'm wondering if there will be away to use golden from frieza on a saiyan with fusion in the future

this might be hard to do but you should be able to like transform while charging a ki attack like kamehameha

Ahhh it might be the name of the media fire file… some times it renames it… make sure it is still a .jar file If that isn’t it try do /noea reset Then /noea reset yet To reset the configs and settings

I love realism mode but if you could find a way to make it stay active when rejoining as sometimes it gets disables randomly and tends to bug out a lot

Also a lot of the multipliers aren't set so some forms end up giving a negative effect like Majin forms giving .9 or lower multi and the new Kai forms giving negative multipliers

I've been trying to play this mod but the enemies are incredibly strong for some reason? I had to be level 90 to beat saibamen but in your videos it seems like you were level 9 so I think something's amiss. Any help would be appreciated, but I understand if it's a weird one off problem.

Figured it out. The story was bugged somehow, but resetting the progress with Shenron fixed it.

any way to disable building spawns? like i dont want the noea builds (capsule corp or tournament stage) or the dmz builds.... i have a custom world i want to use them on

So for Ultra Instinct, does it only make it so that you dodge attacks based on your stamina? Does it do nothing offensively? Since whenever I was goofing off in single player, I noticed that UI was doing similar damage to a black frost demon in metal form. I just thought that was odd.

Yoo for Beerus Arm band fusions you should just 1:1 the Goku/Beerus fusion used in DB Fusions. Hair/Skin color take on Beerus skin color id, players face, god garment fused with whatever clothing you’re wearing etc. It would be cool if using Goku’s hair & fusing with Vegeta gave you Vegito/Gogeta/DBFusions Vegitos hair too and vice versa

So i found out that if you switch into beast form and switch back the camera is super zoomed out and if you keep doing it, it zooms out more, Also none of the wishes are showing up such as the android wishes and the wish to bring back the moon

Yo! Love the mod it's amazing and I can't wait for future updates. I was wondering if it would be possible to make the mod work with Dragon Mine Z: Combat Remade? I was trying to mess around with config to get everything to work properly myself, however, to no avail. The mods work pretty seamlessly together until around the space section of Noea. To where it stops mobs from spawning on specifically Saibamen and Frieza Colonies, as well as sometimes does not spawn in a boss for Namekian Villages. I think it would be cool for the mods to pair together as Dragon Mine Z: Combat Remade essentially makes mobs balance to around a players current level. I understand if this is an impossibility though think it would be cool.

Is there a way to respawn the Capsule Corp structure? I spawned in game and didn't like where it was placed so I nuked it and wanted to spawn it else where.

Not sure why on my end, but for whatever reason when I press the J Key to travel to a planet it does nothing. I did what I could to ensure there was no key conflicts but it still doesn't work. Is there an alternative to entering planets?

i'm unable to find bulma to complete her dragon radar quest, if i summon her she just fights and the only other bulma is the fusion expert

That Bulma would be the “Master Bulma” she spawns by the Gravity Machine with Vegeta
