Bug hunting season (Patreon)

Alright, guys, I'm just about desperate enough to do this now, so here we go. I've gotten a few reports of a bug in v.27 that causes Alicia to fall through the floor, and never stop, even if the player restarts at their last checkpoint. It's a big problem, obviously - falling through the floor is bad juju no matter which way ya slice it. The other problem is, I have had no luck whatsoever recreating it, so I have no clue where to even begin in solving it. Aaaaand that's where you guys come in :D

I will paypal $25 to the first person who can get me a video of this bug happening in v.27, preferably with your controller/keyboard inputs included. This thing is driving me nuts and I've been so busy looking for it I've barely done anything for v.28 yet. I DO know of one bug that causes Alicia to fall through floors - by closing the pause menu using the X key (or Circle/B button on gamepads) - and that one is already fixed, so it doesn't count. The people who have reported the glitch I'm talking about didn't mention a pause menu, so I can only assume it's caused by something else, and I'm not going to be able to sleep at night until I have squashed it.
