v.17 errors (Patreon)

http://strawpoll.me/5978808Hey guys. A total of 3 people have approached me with a problem regarding v.17; specifically that it doesn't work. They try to start the game, but it never actually opens - but it apparently does show up in their task manager. I know at least one of these people HAVE gotten previous versions of the game to work, and up until now I've never heard of anybody running into a glitch like this, so as of now I'm completely at a loss for a solution. My best guess is that it's something computer-side that GMS games don't work well with, which is why I've decided to make a poll here: Does v.17 start properly on your computer? If the amount of people with problems is in the extreme minority, I'm willing to bet it's something on the user-end that I can't really help much with. However, if this is a more wide-spread issue, I'll definitely need to do some digging to figure out what the hell's gone wrong.-A42
