Hi, everyone. This post shows, through pictures and annotations by Doctor Veronica Keene, the progressive feminization of Jessica, who appears in my story. Please enjoy.

Report Author: Doctor Veronica KeeneSubject: Jacob Hayes

Day 0 - Initial Intake

Jacob Hayes at intake. First studio photograph taken prior to any feminization procedures.

Age: 19Height: 5'8" (173 cm)Weight: 138 lbs (63 kg)

Subject initially displayed some resistance during the intake process, responding defensively several times. Despite this, however, his body language quickly betrayed uncertainty: difficulty maintaining eye contact, visible nervousness, and a tendency to retreat once challenged. A promising candidate.

Day 163 - Phase A Results

Jacob, by now renamed Jessica, is photographed, in the studio, following the successful completion of Phase A procedures.

Age: 19Height: 5'5" (165 cm)Weight: 121 lbs (55 kg)

Procedures of Phase A

• Hormonal Implant: Estrogen and androgen suppression therapy has produced early fat redistribution, skin softening, and a noticeable reduction in muscle mass.

• Height Adjustment (nano-osteotomy): Reduction of femur and tibia length has resulted in a height loss of three inches.

• Thoracic Adjustment ("Nipped waist surgery"): Floating ribs have been removed to allow structured waist training.

• Clavicle Reduction: Shoulder profile has been narrowed.

• Foot Structure Refinement ("Cinderella surgery"): Arch elevation and reduction of overall foot width have produced a slimmer foot profile.

The subject initially maintained a posture of resistance during the early portion of Phase A, occasionally responding defensively when confronted. This behavior diminished steadily as the phase progressed.

At one point the subject threatened to withdraw from the program entirely. When the contractual consequences of such a decision were explained, she reconsidered and returned shortly thereafter.

Overall behavioral development during this period confirms the initial assessment: the subject’s resistance lacks durability and gives way quickly when challenged.

Day 312 - Phase B Results

Studio photograph of Jessica following the successful completion of Phase B.

Age: 20Height: 5'5" (165 cm)Weight: 130 lbs (59 kg)

Procedures of Phase B

• Arms Feminization: Liposuction and myostatin suppression have reduced upper arm muscle mass, producing a slimmer arm profile.

• Legs Feminization: Liposuction, fat grafting, and stem cell therapy have reshaped the thighs and produced a more traditionally feminine leg contour.

• Hip Augmentation: Fat transfer to the hips has widened the pelvic profile and reinforced the subject’s hourglass silhouette.

• Buttocks Augmentation ("Butt Lift"): Fat grafting has increased gluteal volume, producing a rounded feminine contour.

• Hand Feminization: Bone slimming and soft tissue work have reduced overall hand size and the prominence of veins.

• Breast Implants: Subfascial implants have produced a proportional feminine bust.

During Phase B the subject experienced a brief but intense period of emotional resistance, primarily following the more extensive structural procedures. The subject reacted with visible anger and attempted to direct this frustration toward staff and program personnel.

This episode proved short-lived. Once it became clear that the procedures had been completed and were not reversible, the subject’s hostility subsided quickly under continued supervision.

The subject subsequently entered a quieter, more withdrawn period marked by low mood and reduced verbal opposition.

Day 489 - Phase C Results

Jessica, here photographed in her typical maid servant attire following the successful completion of Phase C.

Procedures of Phase C

• Facial Feminization Surgery: Brow reduction, jaw and chin reshaping, rhinoplasty, lip lift, blepharoplasty, canthoplasty, and facial fat work have softened and further feminized the subject’s facial structure.

• Voice Feminization Surgery: Glottoplasty and nano-cord sculpting have raised the subject’s natural vocal pitch, producing a stable feminine voice.

• Throat Feminization: Reduction of the thyroid cartilage has removed the subject’s Adam’s apple and produced a smoother neck profile.

• Ear Refinement: Otoplasty and loboplasty have produced smaller, more delicate ear contours.

• Dental Aesthetic Surgery: Veneers and gum contouring have produced a symmetrical and pretty smile.

• Skin Resurfacing: Full facial resurfacing has improved skin texture and produced a smoother, youthful complexion.

• Hair Implant Surgery: Female donor follicles have produced a dense, long, and conventionally feminine hairline and scalp coverage.

• Ownership Tattoo: A permanent identification mark has been applied below the navel.

• Piercings: Nipple, navel, and tongue piercings have been placed as part of the subject’s final feminization.

With the completion of Phase C, the subject now demonstrates stable behavioral patterns. Earlier periods of resistance have now fully subsided, and the subject shows little indication of expecting any future change to her circumstances and appears to have accepted the permanence of her current position.

Notably, the subject has begun to display a more confident interpersonal demeanor, particularly when interacting with newer program participants. While outwardly compliant, this shift often manifests in subtle displays of competitiveness and a tendency to assert social hierarchy among peers.
