I was bit disappointed to see someone sharing content designed only for you guys here. I knew this might happen, but it always hurts to see when it actually happens.

You, who goes with the name light03 in F95Zone and want to get credit sharing our downloads; please do understand this is my only income and I do this because I love it, and all you wonderful guys giving me thumbs up every week! 

Could you please find some other way to be "a cool guy sharing the shit I can get my hands on"?

Ofc you could play fair and identify here who you are and maybe inform all of us the why?

I have run into this license key generated, on one Patreon author AntiZero, if my memory is correct, who is creating Captain Hardcore. Maybe you can look for this kind of solution, this way you keep control who access your package? I'm just trying to help, you really desserve help for what you provided so far!

Dude that's a dicked move on whom ever done that thing that's really fucked is that there is no safe platform anymore bad people and ai is a really bad mix they can do anything in regards to computers etc.

He posted "the why" in the F95 thread. Even if leaking and pirating content is not cool, he has some valid points regarding delays and such. You can consider this sort of an advert. From those 100 people who DL the leaked content, maybe 10 will join your patreon to support you. If you add a DRM you won't get any extra support, quite the contrary, you will lose some people.

What about permission? Let the author decide whether to publish the content or not.

It really doesn't matter whether there is delays or not, people who sign up for this creators content are made very cleared of such delays and or disadvantages if any when first signing up for it. It makes no difference whether he will get 1 extra subscriber, or 1000 subscribers, its a matter of principle, asking for permission to do something like this. If the guy wants advert he can publish it himself or go to other creators and share his work.

Let me add an alternative viewpoint. I am here after seeing some of your content on a torrent site. I have since subscribed to Citor3 (full member for 3 months!) and purchased Amoreon. Don't get disheartened by content sharers - they will only increase your audience. Having said that, i agree your full games would be best protected from piracy.
