I know it's not always super simple to do things all the way from unzipping, I hope you guys understand I'm not a 24/7 tech support. 

Having over 30 messages from this person, yep, this image is just fraction of it all, replying all of them, and after having a serious discussion of what he expects, we both came to conclusion... maybe in another life time, so I refunded, blocked and disabled his keys. Took 3 hrs today only to trying to help to solve his issues... But starting to explain EVERYTHING... duh... I really tried my best, but I can't stretch forever. I hope you understand my point here.
