My shop is here! + updates (Patreon)

Hiya everyone! Exciting news, I finally got the email from Patreon that I'm able to sell posts now! I spent yesterday refreshing over and over for my shop, so of course it took a day for it to actually show up. I'm super grateful to Cure for letting me use her shop in the meantime, but now all the hair packs that were on her page are now in my shop! These aren't new hair packs, so please don't buy them unless you haven't yet! Or do buy them I won't say no!

Onto other news, I think for the most part I've decided to make another set of hairs that are Patreon sub locked that I'll release on a monthly basis. It'll be the one tier I have now, and rather than it being for help fitting my hair mods to your character or other such troubleshooting, it'll be for a monthly Patreon exclusive hair mod (primarily female) and an accessory to go with it or a hair that works under hats.

For example, I've made the hair below hat-compatible. To get an idea of what I'd do for a monthly exclusive, I would release the regular version of the hair, the hat-compatible version of the hair, and if I'm feeling crazy, maybe even a hat.

I'm also thinking of opening up a higher-priced limited shop post for custom hairs, but that'll probably be down the road when I'm better at hair modding. I'm not quite there yet skill-wise, but also comfort-wise as it seems a bit daunting to take on actual commissions, as opposed to just releasing whatever hairs I want in packs. I want people to get what they pay for, while balancing the amount of time and effort I'd need to put in to make what they want. Right now, I take way too long and it just isn't manageable the amount of time I'd need to make things look as good as people would expect from a custom mod. Please be patient for now!

Onto what I'm currently working on! I'm almost done with the hair below. It's very Sailor Moon-inspired and it's so cute. It'll be my first monthly hair, and I know it looks very impractical, but I'm having a lot of fun! It's broken up into a bunch of parts and will work really well with the hairs I've released so far, so it's not entirely unreasonable. The buns and especially the bangs look really nice with a lot of different back hairs! In the monthly post, I'll preview a bunch of different ways you can style the hair. I'm still deciding what to make to go along with it, but it'll probably be a little hair accessory.

For the free hairs and hair packs, not much to update there. I'll likely work on another set of free hairs after I'm done with this monthly one. It'll likely be one long hair and one fun hair. I may not make another male hair pack for a while since they're not doing as well, sales wise. It's really only devs who buy them, so I'm better off making more female hair packs. Should I be releasing female hair packs more regularly? I can't tell if it's smarter to wait between packs, release a bunch close together, or maybe even take a bit longer and release a bigger pack. I could do a mega pack of like 20 hairs at once if anyone's interested in that. Otherwise it'll just be the standard 5 hair packs.
