Monthly Patreon Mods M04 Preview (Patreon)

Hi all! I'm here with a preview of this month's hair and shirt mod featuring our favorite tsundere/ice queen LI, Juniper Gallow, from Love by the Water! This month's hair is a wispy middle part bangs and high wavy ponytail and the shirt is a floral embroidered ruffly crop top that can be worn in multiple ways!

This is a month of firsts for me with regards to these mods!! For the hair, I got a request that basically pieced together two different hairs and this is my first public clothing mod! It's also my first time adding blend shapes to my mods! There was a looot of reiteration on both the hair and shirt fronts but I'm pretty proud of how things turned out and I hope you like them too! This month is only one hair, sorry to everyone used to multiple hairs, but this one took a while to put together! As usual, it's available in the back/bangs/side hair slots, has dynamic bones and is broken up into multiple toggleable/colorable parts. The shirt is the bigger part of this month's release and it's available in the top/inner top clothing slots, has blendshapes, and is also broken up into multiple toggleable/colorable parts!

When I was making the shirt I wanted the options of having it strapless and varying amounts of the embroidered decor attached, so I separated out the shirt into the following sections: Flowers / Main / RufflesBody / RufflesStrap / VinesBody / VinesStrap. This allows you make different configurations of the shirt. I showed a few in the GIF above. When I was making this top with all it's separate parts, I realized I needed to adjust the mesh a bit to fit the body better when the straps were off, so that's where the blendshapes come in. I added a strapless blendshape for all the relevant sections and then a few more on the flowers depending on what variation you wanted. Hopefully it's clear what the blendshapes are for, but let me know if it's confusing.

I still don't really do much with the colorable tab/color masks so all the coloring of the individual parts of the top have to be done in MaterialEditor, sorry if that's annoying! Hopefully all the customizing you can do makes up for that and if not, I'll cry!
