First off Damon was so wrong for kissing “Elena” well thinking it was Elena, literally right after Stefan saved him in the fire. And this is what u do?! Team Damon but damn🤦‍♀️ Anyways when I first watched the end scene I was so confused bc Elena literally just told Stefan “I only love you” and just goes and kisses Damon right away. So I rewatched that scene the 2nd time and noticed she didn’t have her necklace on, and her hair was extra curly then it was, plus Elena doesn’t where a leather jacket! So that’s when I thought yeah that makes since it was Katherine. Great plot twist to the season finale! Can’t wait for you guys to dive into season 2!

Now I can’t wait for you guys to see Nina Dobrev playing both Elena and Katherine! The way she switches between their mannerisms and personalities is S-tier. 🔥

I always have a hard time with season 1, i never rewatch it entirely there's a lot of episodes i skip, you can tell the show is still forming its identity so the pacing can sometimes be annoying, but it's still solid, i'm glad you guys enjoyed it. That being said katherine really showed up and said ''i'm the show'' cause season 2 ?!?! The best in my opinion, it holds so many great suprises and some of the actors best performances of the entire show !

Proud Team Damon over here

Katie Davis

do you realize how brilliant Katherine is? She needed an invite inside. she knew if she kissed Damon, Elena's aunt would see that and say "come inside" - forever ensuring she had access to the house
