I’ve said this before but you’re genuinely the only person I haven’t cancelled a subscription to lmao. You’re so comforting to watch and thank you for being so open minded to all the recommendations you receive it means so much. Sending love. I can’t wait for whatever’s next 🫶🫡

Proud of you!! 💖 Your job might not be important in a grand scale of things, but I can tell you that it brights my day when I see a notification for one of your videos, because I can enjoy a piece of media that I love and feel like I'm sharing it with someone nice like you. I don't know if I'm making any sense 😅 but what I mean is that what you do is important in its own way, so you should be proud of it. Also, it's clear that you are working very hard in the channel and I'm glad it's going well 😊

Jonathan

I’m glad it’s been a good few weeks for you. I remember after I saw the first Lord of the Rings movie in theaters I tried reading the next book to find out what happens and those books are not an easy read. Lord of the Rings would be a good reaction and you can break it into parts since the movies are really long.

Hey Dylan, I just wanted to say I'm so happy for you🤗 It's awesome to see you building your Patreon, reacting to shows, talking with the community, and having great discussions, what you're doing is real work, and it's great that the people around you are finally starting to see that too🙌🏻 I don't know if staying busy is part of what helps you stay on track, but it really seems like you've found something positive to put your energy into. Wishing you nothing but success and happiness. You deserve it🫶🏻

Heidi

Deleted my comment, it was too negative, so will just say that I’m so happy things are going well for you! I will live off of that and maybe things will look brighter up here, even though the world seems to be on fire right now, literally.

Shadow Hunters has a movie adaptation "The Mortal Instruments" and also a 4 season TV series - if you haven't seen them, would be something else for your expanding list of reactions

Timothy Alberts

If you like M/M cosy mysteries, try The Last Picks series by Gregory Ashe. You know the losers who were picked last in school for everything...

Love you Dylan, I am proud of your accomplishments. Honestly, I wasn’t worried for you during your Dad’s absence as I can see how strong and grounded you are. Curious: have you ever seen the 2000 film Requiem for a Dream? This critically acclaimed movie is widely considered the most realistic (and harrowing) depiction of addiction put to film. It was directed by the great Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Whale). It could be a consideration for an upcoming movie night reaction, if you dare, as it is very dark.

Can't wait to see it. You're doing great, Dylan. You got this. Having been there I can tell you are going to be fine. We all love you too! Keep going dude. 🙏💚🔥 *I'm reading another gay romance "Beautifully Unexpected" that's lots of British gay witty banter and it's hilarious. Thanks Heated Rivalry. I've never read the romance genre until now.

Dennis A

Oh, were you talking about the 'HudCon 4 Pack', which I have seen? 🤦‍♂️

Tami

I'm so glad you're feeling pride in yourself. We're all proud of you, too, of course, but there is something very special about being able to recognize growth and progress in yourself. I am enjoying watching you thrive. 💕

Joe Lancaster

Way to go Dylan. Proud of you! Stay strong, love you man!

Same!!

The Mortal Instruments/Infernal Devices is a great series!! I read them when I was in college, looking forward to the new ones Loving your videos and how you chat and the coziness. I’ll be staying subscribed as long as I can - for the near future for sure!

CJ

What a coincidence. I'm watching this in the bath ;)

ChrisMas

So proud of you Dylan. You have had an impact on my life and i’m sure i’m not the only one. Thanks for all you’re doing for yourself and others!

I LOVE SHADOWHUNTERS! I’m not a huge fan of the movie they made, but I do really like the TV series. I believe I may be in the minority here…..? 🤣 But of other people support it as well, I wouldn’t be mad if you reacted to the ShadowHunters series ❤️

G S

I second support for reacting to the series! Personally I’m indifferent to the movie, but would love to watch the series again on this channel

Beck Huston

I genuinely love your videos and I am always excited when I get a notice about a new video from you. So proud of you for facing that time without your father. I feel like a proud grandparent. ❤️

Pauline E

hey hope you're doing well :) I'm real glad you get that support as well. Yess the city of bones series really sucks you in. Do yourself a favor and watch those movies. They are a ton of fun. (The books take a bit longer to get through. Tolkien realy takes his time being specific about environments and everything going on middle earth.) Your videos really have that cozy 'did you see this video/show/film' kind of vibe to it.

emerraldx

Oh yeah, oh so cozy over here with whispered honey in my ears 🫠 enjoying the fruits of your labor and questionable sleep habits, 😝 glad to hear you have plenty of folks watching out for ya. Pulling good people into your orbit is a treasured skill and the more love you put out in the world the greater the rebound 💞 You are my only reactor patreon sub and it is definitely the love that drew me here. Oh my goodness, Lord of the Rings movies watch with you would be insane, rewatch them at least once a year as it is and now adding the Dune movies to the of things to watch over and over that never get old and have excellent soundtracks for reading or writing to. All these books that have been a part of my life since I was a child when my hippy parents read me The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings as bedtime stories and we listened to the BBC radio drama versions since we didn’t have TV, damn that makes me feel so old. Went to see The Odyssey last nite to get blown away (literally, sound almost too much) and the movie style reminded me a lot of that David Lowery A24 joint The Green Knight from a few years ago that I would have been obsessed over regardless since I studied myths and art about the greenman in college, but deeply affected me for a long time after. I want to live a world knowing there is all this excellent art out there could be influencing the souls of our leaders even if they never pay attention or learn the lessons. 🥹

Thank you so, so much for this. Forever grateful for y'all 🙏🏻🩶

This just put the biggest smile on my face :) Thank you for this 🩶🩶🩶🩶

Sending much love and many prayers to you Heidi 🩶🙏🏻 I'm here if you need anyone to talk to!!

gothamnightlights

My mom took me to see the movie when I was a kid. The TV show I think I've only seen the first few episodes when it first came out and I was not impressed. I'd be down to give it another chance though :) Love y'all

gothamnightlights

I really appreciate this comment, thank you :) And I actually haven't seen requiem for a dream. I've always heard it's a movie you only watch once though

gothamnightlights

🙏🏻🩶 Romance can be so fun and messy. I've also been reading Bridgerton lately and it's definitely out of my sphere of content I usually take in but fun to read!

gothamnightlights

I'm very grateful to have you here :) Much love to you always Tami 🩶🙏🏻🩶🙏🏻

gothamnightlights

Thank you so much for your kind words and support!! 🙏🏻🩶

gothamnightlights

This just absolutely made my day, thank you :) Your impact on my life is something I will carry with me forever. 🙏🏻🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶

gothamnightlights

I remember watching the first few episodes of the TV series as it was coming out and not liking it, but I would be so down for a rewatch :) !!!!

gothamnightlights

You are such a gem. I know I say it a lot but it's true!! I'm definitely down for a Gotham Cinema Lord of the Rings night!! That sounds so fun. I'm planning on getting around to seeing the odyssey in the next few days and I'm sure I'll enjoy it. Christopher Nolan movies are always so good at turning my brain off

Dennis A

Since I started this exploring the gay romance genre to attempt to alleviate my Heated Rivalry psychosis I had gotten on a run of extremely emotional and dramatic titles including a serial killer series and a motocross boys that beat the hell out of each other on the regular series. I was very happy to find an actually funny light romantic comedy and I love me some spicy witty banter.
