omg!! as soon as I saw that you posted this I joined your patreon again to binge all your episodes of young royals at once (I'm broke as hell had to budget a bit more recently 😭💔). its gonna take me a couple days so I haven't watched this one yet but im so excited, I'm sure you'll love the cast. i don't know when (or if) you'll have the time to get into interviews and omar's singer career but if I may I'll just drop here a playlist I made with a couple of the best shorter interviews/behind the scenes stuff, and another playlist with just omar's content ❤️ don't feel pressured to make videos for them all bc there's a lot and some additions are very self-indulgent, but it'll probably be easier for you to have all of the videos in one place and sorted chronologically so you can just pick and choose what sounds fun lol. this is the one time where i wanted a netflix show to be obnoxiously long and have a surplus amount of seasons bc i really wasn't ready to let go of these characters lol, also edvin is also gonna be in the new hunger games movie i'm pretty sure! was so happy when i found out because i'm already a huge fan of the franchise

oh im so sad this chapter is about to close :( i know i havent commented a lot but trust ive been here for the whole journey and ive absolutely loved your reactions. it was so fun to rewatch this show again with you, thank you < 3 young royals will always have a special place in my heart, it helped me fully embrace my sexuality which i will forever be grateful for. i think it might also be extra special to me because im swedish lol. wilhelm ended up being one of my favorite characters ever, i even named my cat after him :)

It doesn’t matter how many times i’ve watched this, i still tear up every time 🥺😭 I’m so glad they gave us such an insight into everything, it’s so special to see. There’s so much love and respect in this show. What makes me happy is also how many women were behind the scenes of this, especially the writer and the director both being women is really cool to me. I love what you said at the end about the messages you took from this: it’s okay to be queer, to be yourself, it’s okay to not be forgiven. For me a really important message i’m only realising more recently is also “it’s okay to disappoint your parents”, or at least not do/be/act exactly how they expect and want. I love how wilhelm said “i don’t want to hurt you, mum, that’s the last thing i want” AND still was strong enough to get out of the car and run towards the future he chose for himself. That’s something i’ve been struggling with for the past year or two, how sometimes doing what is right for you can involve hurting/disappointing your parents (or other people in general). Thank you for sharing your young royals journey with us 🙏 it was really special and beautiful to follow along! I’ll miss having these to wake up to every tuesday before work!

ha, I hopped down to the bottom of the Omar playlist thinking that was the one you said was the fandom special and mmmmm . . . I was not disappointed even tho not much Royal there 😏

it was in the other playlist at first but then I realized that while a fan of the show can omit omar's own songs and not miss young royals content, that moment was just too monumental, like i watched young royals for the first time this year but I remember seeing the clips circulating around twt in february 2025 and thinking 'wow good for them that's adorable' 😭❤️ had no clue who they were but if I was cheesing that hard then fans of the show must've been dying and id hate for dylan to miss that experience

Yes Hunger Games franchise always delivers. Did you know he starred in 28 Years Later as well? I love those movies and I thought it was so cool to find that out since I had already seen that movie multiple times before even watching Young Royals!

Willhelm is one of my favorite characters that I've been introduced to so far on this channel! Claudia is still number one, but I absolutely loved Willhelm and Edvin's portrayal of him. god hudcon content took over all my apps and algorithms last year it was insane 😭 ive always been all over pretty boys tho, I grew up in kpop fandoms haha and thank you I appreciate you being willing to help those in need 🥹❤️ but it's okay I finally got a job recently so it'll hopefully turn around soon
