do you ever see a character who’s just like, stupid, common sense-wise, and it’s hard to root for them at a certain point because it’s like, they don’t have any survival instincts? @19:02 - like, brother should be f-cking *terrified* - he’s either psychotic, or he’s cursed, but he should be very afraid, but he’s chillin, like, bro.

I’m having difficulty with how much I despise the detective guy. I know I’m *supposed* to dislike his sexist creepy behavior, so the fact that I do means the script and acting are effective, BUT…. It still makes it difficult for me to watch scenes when he’s acting that way 😢

First off, Carson says it was hours between seeing Logan disappearing and finding his body. How many hours, and what was she doing all that time? Rapp was high, so I can see him losing time, and just sitting and spacing, but what was she doing? Next, and maybe this is my asexuality showing, but I don't get attraction between Rapp and Carson, they've know each other two days? I think Rapp expects everyone he meets to want him, and Carson might be intrigued, but I did not see attraction, so that almost kiss, on her part, surprised me. The symbol was in the picture on Henry's wall, and a tattoo on Angel. I don't think 'sacrificing a chicken is satanic, maybe it could be used in some form of worship, I think in this case Henry has a weird sense of humor. I'm holding judgement on Logan, because for all we know these recordings were Henry's idea, after all it's his house, and he would have known of the hidden room. Also, seeing a castrated penis was not on my bingo card, and I've just finished watching Game of Thrones where there is much castration talk, and I always thought it meant testicle removal, but apparently it can mean both 'pillar and stones", I believe is how it is put, but a visual was never offered. The actress for Logan's mom was excellent, this show has some really strong women characters and actors. As for the assertion that you have to save your sons from their base instincts, how 'bout we just teach them how to handle those instincts by teaching them to treat women as equals, and not as conquests? Well, can't wait for the next episode.

@13:13. I’m wondering why Catherine asked him to walk her out … she doesn’t actually tell him anything, ask him anything … like, is it like at the bar, like just interacting with him, she’s able to have an effect/ power, or … ?

mmmhmm yes all this, thought Carson would be a little more wise to Rapp’s wiles but he has seemed to have been able to affect (fluster) her the whole time, I was wondering if maybe it was a play to keep him distracted from what is really going on that was backfiring somehow 🤔 getting some heavy poly/culty vibes from him I also have a triskelion tattoo but mine is a badge embedded in a Celtic knot so a little less primal, the source. This show comes back to those threes so often, the shape of the world in 3 of everything, yes? 🌀

I wanna feel what love is” 🎶 dang this soundtrack slaps, I love cover stuff with a twist. omgosh maybe we need to watch Rock of Ages on this channel sometime 🤣 hehe “Yaga Baba” Rapp is still itchy & a little trippy 😒 cannot be a good boy with all those panties he’s trying to creep in, is this whole town trying to sucker him in for something? Are these boys needing to pay for some wrong doing and the story keeping them from being sympathetic. 💭 Logan is always awash in that red glow too, something is up there, red light and so easy on the eyes

I've never seen Rock of Ages! A lot of good points in this comment, definitely a history with Rapp that we still don't know about so him being "punished" is actually a very intriguing thought!

Read somewhere it was Hudson Williams on the autopsy table. He’d been fitted for a prosthetic crotch then had to be essentially naked and cold yet remain still for the entire scene. Supposedly the show was shot back in Feb/Mar. Hudson took a break from shooting and flew to NY for his cameo when Connor Storrie hosted SNL.

Rock of Ages is actually full of really good cover remixes all things considered & the camp of it worksfor me, heck I don’t really watch purely musicals like you might think when I keep suggesting more of them (I would say I add Sinners to the mix but no way you haven’t already checked that one out) always find anything with good tunes that much more better & memorable 🥰
