The road to v0.4! (Patreon)

With the release of v0.3.5, the v0.3 update cycle is officially over! We'll be moving on to v0.4 (name pending)! As has become the norm, v0.4.0 will release as a premium update (meaning for patrons and for Steam players) featuring a bunch of new content, with v0.4.1 following with additional content and quests a bit later. A week after the v0.4.1 release, v0.4.2 will come out and bring all the new content to free players! Then we'll follow up with some patches to round out the update cycle.

What to expect:

This update will feature the finale of the Sky Magic Arc! We've opened up a lot of storylines, but this will be the first time we'll be closing one. In addition, this will open up Gemma's romance route, though only a bit of that content will be available for now. This major event will also deepen your bond with Meila, leading to permanent shifts in your relationship with her, depending on the decisions you make!

I have plans for at least one other new quest as well, and I plan to introduce another new character, the enigmatic Lady Winter, the mysterious proprietor of Ranbol's brothel and the girlboss of Red Sand. Her storyline will involve spying, intrigue, and political machinations, so look forward to that!

We will also be adding new locations and activities, new spell schools and other combat options, and of course, new cosmetics, erotica, and skits. Another major addition will be a new encounter type focusing on erotic dancing, and expansions to the brothel and Red Sand!

I also want to introduce updates to throne realm attendants, like new sellable items (I'm hoping to add fabric and dyes to the items players can trade). I also want to introduce distinct and dynamic personalities. In addition, I'm planning a pretty neat game mode I think you guys will like that will involve the throne realm attendants, but it's still in the planning stages and likely will not come out in this update cycle, so for now I'll just leave you with the knowledge that I am planning something pretty major!

As to what will be in v0.4.0 vs 0.4.1, that's a bit up in the air right now. The Sky Magic Arc finale will for sure be in v0.4.0, though.

When to expect it:

I hope to have the first part of the update (v0.4.0) out in September, with v0.4.1 and the free release of the entire update (v0.4.2) available sometime in October. Of course, all dates are simply estimates!
